You've noticed I've had relatively few updates, yeah? Well I'd been feeling a stagnancy with icon-making, but I think I just needed a change in style to bring it back :)

This will be my last batch of icons where I make use of textures and brushes for a while.

It's a personal experiment to see what I can do using screenshots/official art, text, and the inherent tools within Photoshop (shapes, gradient, whatnot) as well of a test of my own creativity. I've already used this new style at [info]zelda_awards and [info]zelda_lims...with massive voting failure. But I'm not discouraged.

...I'll just have to keep posting until you like them ;D

I love the style here, haven't seen the other one, though I will take a look. But as I said, I love how they're done - the content, not so appealing. So this time around I'm not takin' anything, just dropping by the comment. ^^;;
